Only people who create or approve roles use a seat. Viewers are free. A role is one live job. Role limits count openings during your license year, and the 30-day extension does not count as a new role. Free needs no card. Prices exclude VAT or other tax where it applies.

What counts as a role?
A role is one live job. The limit on your plan is how many roles you can open during the license year.
What is the 30-day extension?
A role stays open for 90 days. You can extend it once, by 30 days. That extension does not count as a new role.
Who uses a seat?
Only people who create or approve roles use a seat. People who only view roles are free, and every plan includes unlimited viewers. Extra seats are $10 a month on yearly billing, or $12 a month on monthly billing.
How does monthly billing differ from yearly?
Monthly billing is 20% more than yearly. On a monthly plan, roles unlock through the year, and unused roles carry over within the license year. Pay yearly to get the full allowance up front. Scale 2, Scale 3, and Enterprise are yearly only.
Can we cancel?
On a yearly plan, a mid-term cancellation refunds the lesser of the unused roles or the time left in the term. On a monthly plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
